Creative Blues Soloing is a TrueFire-curated collection of interactive video lessons produced and presented by Tim Pierce from his own studio. In this course, Tim demonstrates a variety of creative approaches for blues solos and improvisation to help advance your sense of taste, timing, and tone.

”We all start with the blues. Simple and powerful. But then it’s so important to push the envelope and bring our blues playing into other genres and create new colors. I’ve organized Creative Blues Soloing into six sections, each one focusing on a particular approach. We’ll work on mixing minor and major pentatonic scales, developing strong phrases, blues rock soloing, how to make your blues solos more conversational, and in the final section, we’ll dive into a series of modern blues rhythm and soloing approaches.
This course is a collaboration with my friends at TrueFire, who help me package this set of lessons from the TPG Masterclass as a downloadable course with a variety of learning tools for working with the video lessons, tab and notation.

Tim will explain and demonstrate all of the key concepts and approaches along the way. You’ll get standard notation and tabs for all of the performance studies.
