Ben Thornewill is the keyboardist and vocalist for Jukebox the Ghost, along with Tommy Siegel (guitar, vocals) and Jesse Kristin (drums).
In this session recorded in Austin during SXSW 2015, Ben lays down riffs and textures on a 1936 Baldwin Baby Grand (the “Gershwin”) and a vintage 1950s upright Wurlitzer – which he pairs with a vintage EchoPlex to create some amazing distorted keys samples.
