Soft and imperfect upright piano library with textural layers for an instant mood.
Like Hammer & Felt, this piano library is far from being perfect. Recorded with a pair of Neumann KM184 microphones for a nice stereo imaging, this Wilh.Steinmann upright piano has a blanket between the strings and the hammers for a fragile and sweet felted sound with few harmonics. With an extra Texture layer, add interest to the sound or create experimental patches.

Midnight Upright is part of the Explore range. Its visually simple but very complete interface will let you easily and quickly get the piano sound you’re looking for.
With a multimode filter, tape emulation, delay or reverb effects and more, the Explore interface lets you sculpt your sound deeply and quickly to get sound going simple felted piano patches to more experimental instruments.
